kenzie is still reminding me a thing or two.

just as i published that last post i sat back and realized its still Christmas eve. its Christmas eve for our family, friends and everyone of you out there. its Christmas eve for makenzie. even though she isn't physically here with me i have to remember she is having a much better Christmas than i could ever give her. she is with God. she is seeing every twinkling light in the world. she is singing, caroling, playing and laughing. even though she isn't with me, she is in such a better place. I guess that's all i could ask for Christmas.

Because of you, I have been loving my children a little more. Studying their faces, moves, and characteristics. I don't want to take anything for granted.

I sob everytime I read your posts. My heart aches for you. I wish for you this Christmas, that you can feel comfort and the love of your daughter near.

Merry Christmas.

You are right; Kenzie is able to do everything now and be with our Heavenly Father. You have such an amazing outlook on everything, try and stay strong....I can't imagine all that you are going through!!! You truly are incredible.
Thank you for touching so many lives this season, and helping us all realize what really is important in life!!! I know you and Ryan were truly chosen for the special mission that McKenzie had while she was here.

Beautiful picture, the suns rays are incredible around you and your sweet girl.
After reading your post I looked something up and hope you don't mind me sending it...but you just reminded me of it and thought you might find some peace in it.

Christmas in Heaven

I see the countless Christmas trees, around the world below, With tiny lights, like heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow.

This sight is so spectacular, please wipe away that tear, For I am spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ this year.

I hear the many Christmas songs, that people hold so dear, But the sound of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here. For I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring, For it's beyond description to hear an angel sing.

I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart, But I am not so far away, we are really not apart.

So be happy for me, dear ones, you know I hold you dear, And be glad I'm spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ this year.

I send you each a special gift, from my heavenly home above, I send you each a memory, of my undying love.

For after all "Love" is the gift, more precious than pure gold, It was always most important, in the stories Jesus told.

So please love and help each other, as my Father said to do, For I cannot count the blessings, or the love He has for you.

So have a Merry Christmas, and wipe away that tear, For I am spending Christmas, with Jesus Christ this year.

I can't tell you of the splendor, or the peace here in this place, Can you imagine Christmas, with our Savior, face to face?

I'll ask Him to lift your spirit, as I tell Him of your love, So then pray for one another, as you lift your eyes above.

So please let your hearts be joyful, and let your spirits sing, For I am spending Christmas in heaven, and I'm walking with the King!

I know you want nothing more to hold your precious girl, of course, but hope you find some peace in knowing she is in good hands.
Love Em
